CANCELLATION & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Irvine reserves the right to cancel a session due to insufficient enrollment. If Irvine cancels, all fees will be fully refunded.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

If BCPS closes or has an early dismissal due to inclement weather, class will be canceled. If a make-up day can be scheduled for the end of the session, the Manager of Afterschool Programs will reach out and confirm a date. Once it is used, there will not be another make-up day and no refund will be given for weather-related closures.

Please note: Irvine does not provide refunds for missed days due to travel or illness.
