Explorers  

Eye-opening revelations await Explorers campers as they will engage in a sensory approach to unearthing many of nature’s secrets. Tactile learners will love investigating by digging in dirt, stomping through streams, and trekking for tracks, all for the sake of observing natural phenomena up close. This age group has a camp offered every week.

 Members with a Pacesetter level membership ($100) and above receive a discount on the price of camp.

There will be 10 sessions of Explorers Summer Camp during Summer 2026

Each 5 Day Camp Session costs $520.00

Week 3 Adventure Camp (June 29 to July 2) is a 4 Day Camp Session and the cost is $410.00

Camp days are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (before and after care is available for an additional fee)

On Thursdays (with the exception of July 2nd) there is an opportunity to join in for an evening camp fire and dinner lasting until 7:30 PM.

Can your almost-7-year-old enroll in Explorers Camp?

If their 7th birthday is on or before September 15, 2026, and you feel they are ready for an older camp,

they may enroll in Adventure Camp.

However, please keep in mind that camp themes and levels of activity are appropriate for ages 7-9, not 6, and do what is best for your child.

There is no charge to join the waitlist, and spots often open up between now and the start of the camp session.
