Build a Pollinator Garden Workshop
Want to help butterflies and bees but need advice on how to start? Or, perhaps you'd like to attract more pollinators while reducing maintenance for an existing garden? In this workshop, you will discover how to support the full lifecycle of both bees and butterflies, get ideas on where to locate your garden, learn the easiest way to start, and receive recommendations for plants that will thrive in yards that have large deer populations or heavy clay soils. Irvine's own gardens will provide the backdrop to showcase these examples and, you'll have a set of native plant plugs to take home with you!
