Animal Art Workshop
Practice observational drawing with Irvine's live animal ambassadors as models! Facilitated by a MICA-trained artist, our own naturalist Brittany, these workshop sessions will teach observational drawing/painting techniques and inspire new ways of expressing your connection to nature.
This is a mixed media activity with options including acrylic paint, watercolor, colored pencils, charcoal, pens, and a variety of surfaces. Participants may also bring their own supplies if they like. Participants will take home their artwork at the end of the session.
(Please note: this is not a Paint Night style activity. We will not be painting the same thing step-by-step.)
Three sessions / animal types to choose from, or sign up for all three at a discounted price.
For Adults and Teens, Ages 14 and up
