Maple Magic

There’s magic in our trees! Join Irvine’s naturalists in a quest to make delicious syrup. Learn to identify maple trees, properly tap a tree to collect its sugary sap, and gather round the fire to see how we convert the sticky fluid into syrup. You’ll even get a taste of this liquid gold as a reward for all the hard work!

All ages (with adult)

 

Date: Saturday, February 11 (Also offered Sunday, February 19)

Time: 10:00-11:30 AM (Also offered 1:00-2:30 PM)

Cost: $10/person, children under 3 free (You do not need to register children under 3)

Meet at the tent. Dress for the weather, as program is entirely outdoors, and bring water bottles. Program will be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather (icy conditions, high winds).

Cancellation Policy
Irvine reserves the right to cancel any event due to insufficient enrollment or extreme weather. If Irvine cancels an event, all registrants will be notified via the email they registered with, and all registration fees will be fully refunded.

Full payment is required at time of registration.

If you need to withdraw for personal reasons and notify us more than 48 hours before event, you can request a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.

NO refunds for no-shows or last-minute withdrawals (less than 48 hours notice).
