Session Dates:

Fall Session (Renewable Energy): Mondays, September 29th - December 8th, No class October 20th

Winter Session (Biodiversity): Mondays, January 5th - March 16th, No class January 19th & February 16th

Spring Session (Wetlands): Mondays, March 26th - June 4th, No class April 6th & May 25th

Club Time: 4:15 PM - 5:15 PM

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Irvine reserves the right to cancel a session due to insufficient enrollment. If Irvine cancels, all fees will be fully refunded.

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

If BCPS closes or has an early dismissal due to inclement weather, class will be canceled. If a make-up day can be scheduled for the end of the session, the Manager of Afterschool Programs will reach out and confirm the extension. Any additional cancelations due to inclement weather will not be made up.

Please note: Irvine does not provide refunds for missed days due to weather related closures, travel or illness.
