Celebrate the first fruits and nuts of the season as we explore the seasonal bounty at Irvine. Learn how and when to collect wild plants to harvest leaves and fruit at their best. We will discuss methods to prepare foods from traditional beverages to modern recipes and how to preserve the seasonal abundance.
