Foraging: Milkweed & More

May is a terrific time for foraging with tasty spring shoots, flower buds and greens.  Some of the shoots require careful identification and preparation to enjoy a safe and tasty meal. Take an easy hike around Irvine as we look at how to properly identify, pick, prepare and cook milkweed and more.

Irvine reserves the right to cancel any event due to insufficient enrollment or extreme weather. If Irvine cancels an event, all registrants will be notified via the email they registered with, and all registration fees will be fully refunded.

Full payment is required at time of registration.

If you need to withdraw for personal reasons and notify us more than 48 hours before event, you can request a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
