CANCELLATION & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Irvine reserves the right to cancel a session due to insufficient enrollment. If Irvine cancels, all fees will be fully refunded.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

If BCPS closes or has an early dismissal due to inclement weather, class will be canceled. If a make-up day can be scheduled for the end of the session, the Manager of Afterschool Programs will reach out and confirm the extension. Any additional cancelations due to inclement weather will not be made up.

Please note: Irvine does not provide refunds for missed days due to weather related closures, travel or illness.
