 Forest Explorers - PM - Spring Registration - 2025-2026

Registration Opens November 10, 2025 at 8:00 AM

 

Ages: 4.5 to 7 years old (Must be 4.5 years old by March 25, 2026 and may not turn 8 years old before March 25, 2026)

Times: 1:30pm-4:00pm

Spring Session: 12 weeks - Wednesdays - February 25 to May 20 (No class on April 8) 

Contingency Day (to be used if Irvine cancels class): May 27

           Price: $503.00  - 10% discount for Pacesetter ($100.00 cost) & Teacher ($40.00 cost) membership levels

All Earth Friends Homeschool families are eligible for the Teacher membership--see information below.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Irvine reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment. If Irvine cancels a session, all fees will be fully refunded. If you remove your child from a session before it begins, membership fees are non-refundable, and the refunds are as follows:

Irvine Nature Center’s Early Childhood Education programs strive for inclusion and access to all that seek to enroll. After careful consideration, our refund policies were created towards this end and are in place in order to ensure robust programming for our youngest learners and participants in nature.

INDIVIDUAL CLASS MAKE-UP POLICY

Each semester series has one contingency class scheduled for the end of the semester. The contingency class day will be used if Irvine needs to cancel class (for example due to weather or staff illness). Once it is used, there will not be another contingency day and no refund will be given for weather-related closures. Irvine will provide refunds for additional missed classes due to staff illness.

Earth Friends Semester Series

Please note, Irvine does not provide refunds for missed days due to travel or illness.

At this time, Irvine Earth Friends' programs do not have financial aid or scholarship opportunities. We do, however, in some instances, offer monthly payment plans.

All Earth Friends homeschool families are eligible for an Irvine Teacher membership, a membership with the similar benefits to that of the Pacesetter membership. The Teacher level membership costs $40.00 for a year of benefits.
