Forest Explorers - Morning Session/FULL YEAR

Ages: 4.5 to 7 years old (Must be 4.5 years old by October 11, 2024 and may not turn 8 years old before April 26, 2025).

Times: 9:30am-12:30pm

Dates: Wednesdays, September 11 to May 21 

             Fall Session: September 11 to December 11 (No class on November 27) Make up day: December 18

             Winter Session: January 15 to February 12 Make up day: February 19 (PM &AM class meet in the AM during the winter)

             Spring Session: February 26 to May 21 (No class on April 15) Make up day: May 28

Price: $1349.45 (10% off the regular price). Additional 10% discount for Pacesetter & Teacher membership levels 

Please Note: 

Payment Schedule: 50% of tuition is due when you register; the other 50% is due five weeks before the start of class.  If you register within five weeks of the start of class, 100% of tuition is due upon registration. If this payment schedule is a hardship for you, please reach out to Laura Ferrara at FerraraL@ExploreNature.org to discuss alternative payment options

Siblings: Families registering siblings will receive 5% off the second and third child enrolled in a homeschool class, on top of other discounts

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Irvine reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment. If Irvine cancels a session, all fees will be fully refunded. If you remove your child from a session before it begins, membership fees are non-refundable, and the refunds are as follows:

 

# Days Before Session Starts /Refunded Amount:

21 or more days: 50% of session fee

20-14 days: 25% of session fee

13-0 days: 0% of session fee

 

Irvine Nature Center’s Early Childhood Education programs strive for inclusion and access to all that seek to enroll. After careful consideration, our refund policies were created towards this end and are in place in order to ensure robust programming for our youngest learners and participants in nature.

 

INDIVIDUAL CLASS MAKE-UP POLICY

Each semester series has one make-up class scheduled for the end of the semester. The make-up class will be used if Irvine needs to cancel class (for example due to weather or staff illness). Once it is used, there will not be another make-up day and no refund will be given for weather-related closures.

Irvine will provide refunds for additional missed classes due to staff illness.

Please note: Irvine does not provide refunds for missed days due to travel or illness.
