1/23/23 Day Off Camp:

Winter Wonders

 

There are so many wonders to marvel at here at Irvine during our winter months. In this Day Off camp, we will be taking a closer look at the the often unnoticed beauty that winter has to offer. Participants will take to the trails to search for signs of wildlife as they hike down to see some of Irvine’s favorite streams and ponds in a frozen state. After some icy experiments and games, we’ll warm up with some hot coco by the fire before returning to warmth at the Nature Center to finish the day with some winter themed crafts. 

Please plan to bring a lunch from home. A Welcome Letter/Gear List with more information will be emailed to all registered families the week before the program.

Ages 5-12*

Pre-registration is required! You must register by 1 PM on Wednesday, January 18.

Location: Tent / Trails and beyond

Cost: $110 (Membership discounts apply for Pacesetter Level and above)

 

*Please note: Campers will be divided into two age groups, 5-8 and 9-12. In the event we have very low enrollment, we reserve the right to combine these groups and adjust programming accordingly.

Cancellation Policy
Irvine reserves the right to cancel any event due to insufficient enrollment or extreme weather. If Irvine cancels an event, all registrants will be notified via the email they registered with, and all registration fees will be fully refunded.

Full payment is required at time of registration.

If you withdraw your child from camp for personal reasons, membership fees are nonrefundable and camp fees are refunded as follows:

21 or more days before camp: 50% of camp fee refunded

20-14 days before camp: 25% of camp fee refunded

13-0 days before camp: No Refund
