Earth Friends Living off of the Land Fall 2019
(Ages 9-14 years)
Irvine's 210 acres, once inhabited by Native Americans and colonial settlers, will become the landscape for learning life sustaining skills in this unique adventure program. Creativity, teamwork and problem solving skills will guide children as they explore the ecosystems, flora, and fauna of Irvine. Opportunities for building shelters, identifying and sampling edibles, class challenges, and survival of the natural elements will abound.
Ages: 9-14 years old
Times: 1:00-4:00 p.m.
Dates: Tuesdays, September 10-December 10 (no class on November 26)
Prices: $395 per Member / $475 per Non-member (payments plans available at checkout)
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Irvine reserves the right to cancel an education session due to insufficient enrollment. If Irvine cancels a session, all fees will be fully refunded. If you remove your child from a session before it begins, membership fees are non-refundable, and the refunds are as follows: 21 or more days prior to the start of the session 50% of the session fee will be refunded; 20-14 days prior to the start of the session 25% of the session fee will be refunded; 13 or less days prior to the start of the session 0% of the session fee will be refunded.
