DESCRIPTION:2026-27 Day Off Camp - Geology Rocks- 1/18 \n  \n  \n  \n  \n A Welcome Letter/Gear List with more information will be emailed to all registered families the week before each camp. \n  \n  \n Ages 5-12 \n  \n  \n Pre-registration is required ~ You must register by 1 PM on Friday, January 15. \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n Time: 9:00AM – 4:00PM (Aftercare available until 6PM for an additional $30 per day) \n  \n  \n Cost: $120.00 \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n Monday, January 18th, 2027 – Geology Rocks! \n  \n  \n Rocks and minerals are everywhere, and students will have the opportunity to learn about them first-hand.  This Day Off Camp will include a series of station-based, hands-on activities, which teach students how to identify rocks and minerals by using observations and experiments. We will explore the basics of the rock cycle and the significance of these natural resources in our daily lives. Participants will walk away with the beginnings of their very own rock collection and know-how on identification. \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n
