Nature Informed Mental Health and Wellbeing

 

This 6-week program integrates nature connection with mindfulness and other resiliency practices to assist people in regulating stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. The course is led by a team of mental health professionals and includes guided relaxation, mindfulness and breathing techniques, forest bathing invitations, and therapeutic group conversations. We will explore nature's role in stress reduction, a healthy lifestyle, and greater resiliency through intentional connection and relationship with the natural world. 

Adults 18+

Instructor: Phillip McKnight, Certified Mindfulness Teacher

 

Date: Monday, April 11 (Offered every Monday from March 21 to April 25)

Irvine reserves the right to cancel any event due to insufficient enrollment or extreme weather. If Irvine cancels an event, all registrants will be notified and all registration fees will be fully refunded.

Full payment is required at time of registration.

If you need to withdraw for personal reasons, 5 days’ notice is required for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.

NO refunds for no-shows or last-minute withdrawals (within 5 days of program).
