Monarchs Make Learning Memorable
The charismatic Monarch butterflies are ideal insects to make learning fun. From lifecycles and migration to cultural connections and environmental action, monarchs are perfect for engaging both students and the public. In this workshop we will try many different hands-on activities suitable for indoor and outdoor exploration. We will discuss how to modify activities for different ages, numbers of participants and locations.
Ideal for educators, volunteer naturalists and more, this workshop will give you a grab bag of activity ideas and the resources required to spread the joy of monarchs. Workshop will be held outdoors.
