Earth Friends Native Communities Fall 2019

This class introduces children to communities native to the Maryland area, and specifically Irvine. Topics include Native Americans, colonial settlers, native plant communities, native animal communities, and ecosystem studies. Child-led investigations encourage deep curiosity as we explore the rich history in our Piedmont area. 

Ages: 5-8 years old

Times: 1:00-4:00 p.m.

Dates: Tuesdays, September 10 - December 10 (no class on November 26)

Prices: $395 per Member / $475 per Non-member (payments plans available at checkout)

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Irvine reserves the right to cancel an education session due to insufficient enrollment. If Irvine cancels a session, all fees will be fully refunded. If you remove your child from a session before it begins, membership fees are non-refundable, and the refunds are as follows: 21 or more days prior to the start of the session 50% of the session fee will be refunded; 20-14 days prior to the start of the session 25% of the session fee will be refunded; 13 or less days prior to the start of the session 0% of the session fee will be refunded.
